ANEXIA was founded by Alexander Windbichler as a classic Internet service provider in June 2006. As the first Austrian internet provider in the B2C area ANEXIA offered protection against the everyday dangers on the Internet, such as viruses, worms, phishing pages etc. The protection was carried out directly at our site. The customer was able to activate and configure the protection through a web panel. A possible virus could not bypass the protection.

As a service provider in the IT environment we were able to build up a very good reputation in the German-speaking market very soon. After much customization work we started focusing on the two areas "individual software" and "IT services".

The sole proprietorship "Anexia Internet Services" was changed into "ANEXIA Internetdienstleistungs GmbH" in February 2007. The average growth per annum is approx. 90%.

Customers like Logitech or EA sports trust on our services meanwhile.

To proceed with expansion the "ANEXIA Deutschland GmbH" was opened in Munich in June 2009. The third office was opened in Cologne in January 2011.

ANEXIA is profitable from the beginning and operates a very careful financial management to ensure the continuance and the stability for our customers. Our credit standing and liquidity lies far over the industrial average. For you as a customer this is a very calming feeling because we will surely still exist in five years.
